Area Sales Director (f/m/d)
Location: Warszawa
Job description
- Project management for the waste management, printing, paper and packaging industry in Poland.
- Development and implementation of a sales strategy to achieve the planned growth targets for the Polish market
- Management of the Polish subsidiary based in the Warsaw area
- Contract review and negotiation of project contracts of international and Polish companies
- You support your colleagues at the head office in projects of international groups in Poland
Requirements
- Completed technical or business studies / training, technician or many years of practical / planning experience in the realisation of pneumatic disposal concepts
- Experience in the field of mechanical and plant engineering
- Strong customer orientation and commitment
- Hands-on mentality
- Organisational skills and negotiation skills as well as good self-confidence
- Language skills:
- Business fluent Polish, both written and spoken
- Very good knowledge of English and/or German
