We are looking for Customer Success Manager to join our amazing team.

 

We are a European startup Choice, specializing in the foodtech industry. Today we have over 6,500+ restaurants in 25 countries around the world. Our goal is to become the best solution on the European market within five years and to build the next unicorn comes out of the CEE region

 

Our product is SaaS solution for modern restaurants. We help restaurant owners to increase revenue by using modern digital tools, such us: QR payments, Table ordering, Website builder, Delivery&Takeaway, Table reservations and much more.

 

Our team consist of young and talented team players, who love food tech and enjoy building a product that can be used in our every days life. We have offices in Prague, Kyiv and Warsaw.

 

As a Customer Success Manager for Choice, you are responsible for selling the company’s products by identifying leads and expanding our network.

Customer Success Manager
Location: Warszawa
Job description:
  •  Control of client numbers, which are assigned to the manager
  • Work in CRM system
  • Video calls with customers and meetings
  • Contacting potential customers via telephone
  • KPI execution
  • Lead generation through social media: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
  • Сlient start/integration configuration, etc.
  • Communication and finding decision-maker contacts

Requirements:
  • 1+years of professional experience in sales, account management, or sales-related fields
  • Amazing negotiation and communication skills
  • English language level - Upper-intermediate
  • Polish language level - Fluent
  • UkrainainRusiian - Nice to have
  • You have a strong desire to work in a B2B technology space and pursue a career in sales
  • It will be a benefit to have an experience in HoReCa
