We are looking for candidates for the position:
Customer Service Professional – English speaker
Location: office in Warsaw
We are looking for a person how will be supporting our patients struggling with diabetes. It is not easy to live with it, but due to the cooperation with our partner, we are facilitating the day to day life.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- supporting patients via e-mail and telephone;;
- educating patients;
- supporting the collection of information on all medical events;
- preparing medical documentation;
APPLY TO US IF YOU:
- know English - at least C1 level (written and spoken);
- are empathetic and detail oriented;
- want to develop your skills in online contact with patients;
- want to gain additional experience;
- are able to work from the office;
- Working hours: 9AM – 10PM, Monday – Friday; 10AM-8PM Saturday – Sunday. You should be able to work 5 days for 8 hours each day
