As Junior Account Executive your role will be to understand Client’s needs, briefing other teams engaged in the projects and organizing tasks and materials. After onboarding, we would like you to understand E-commerce characteristics as well as internal processes and having good relationship with Clients.

• Client service and taking care of each and every client’s request, building long-lasting relationships with the client on the assigned market (Italian)
• Ongoing e-commerce projects management and delivery – in close cooperation with a local client
• Participating in meetings (remotely), keeping the proper stream of correspondence with Clients and other parties in Italian and English
• Working on the regional and local E-commerce strategy with the client
• Managing and delivering E-content execution in the assigned market
• Managing E-commerce localization and designs projects (in collaboration with other departments whenever needed)

• Possibility to work with the international Client in Italian and English on multiple interesting e-commerce projects in the beauty industry

• Gaining experience in conducting E-commerce projects for clients
• Gaining great client service skills and ability to build relationships

• Fluency in Italian (C1/native speaker)
• Fluency in English (min. C1)
• Work on multiple projects with external Clients and preferably with e-retailers
• An interest in marketing and e-commerce area
• Willingness to learn and to play in a team
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Good command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Experience in digital/e-commerce agency or similar background is a plus
