- Guide and support Team and acts as an Escalation Point for the Team
- Operational reporting
- Manage day-to-day task allocation and Team performance KPIs, SLAs
- Be the main point of contact and decision-maker for the Collection and Disputes process
- Regularly reflect the status of credit and collection activities
- Set long-term goals for the Team development
- 2 to 3 years of business experience in OTC
- Experience as Team Leader
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain professional business contact
- Proactiveness, improvement driver, problem solver
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- General experience with ERP systems used in a multinational environment
- Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Using foreign language and new technology solutions daily, cooperating with various global Clients.
