Business Support Specialist

The Business Support Specialist will be part of Global Support team supporting Customer Engagement Management Program.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • IT operational data collection, analysis, presentation, communication. Also, automating these processes.
  • Defining and describing control processes
  • Supplier invoices verification and processing – verifying amounts, services, approver names, etc
  • Facilitate end-to-end software license purchasing process on request from our customers

Skills and knowledge:

  • Knowledge of IT operations
  • Experience with accessing and querying databases
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Advanced English
  • Strong communications skills
