Currently, on behalf of our Client, we are looking for candidates to fill in the vacant position of:

Legal Specialist
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa | Numer ref.: LSR/037/ANK

For this role you need to:

  • Have fluency in English (C1)
  • Hold Law Degree
  • Have previous experience in contract review projects
  • Have an excellent time management and attention to detail skill
  • Have a strong investigative and analytical skill set
  • Have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be IT Literate - with skills across the Microsoft office suit
  • Additional language skills will be an asset

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contract analysis and checking quality of other analysts" work
  • Capturing clauses under pre-defined fields
  • Preparing contract templates (calibration)
  • Working with all types of contracts ex.: commercial, public, MSA, NDA, SOW
  • Working with Senior Associates on Quality and Knowledge Management
  • Reporting based on contract information
