We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized and self-motivated person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our Polish team as a Customer Services Assistant. This role is essential in enabling Aston Chemicals to continue delivering great quality products and excellent customer service to our expanding customer base.
- Cooperation with Sales and Operation teams
- Sample management (sending samples to customers, ordering samples from suppliers worldwide, controlling sample stock, preparing reports)
- Translations of documentation
- Customer support (replying to requests, gathering technical documentation, cooperation with Technical department)
- Helping in organizing and taking part in exhibitions/seminars in Poland
- Preparing several types of reports and submitting them to authorities
- Creating PowerPoint Press books
- Office administration (ordering office supplies and groceries)
- Replacement of Operation team members when necessary
- Native or excellent Polish
- Advanced written and spoken English
- High school level education (university level education is preferred)
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Self-reliance
- Good learning skills
- Good team player
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience at a similar position will be an additional asset
- Natural science education will be an additional asset
