Description of the position:

• Comprehensive customer service in the context of various projects - contact with after-sales customers, resolve problems, answering questions etc.;
• Phone contact with customers - inbound and outbound calls;
• Generating innovative ideas and solutions that will improve customers satisfaction;
• Maintain current working knowledge of procedures and systems.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English or Polish;
• Enthusiasm and willing to help customers solve their problems;
• Highly developed interpersonal skills;
• Experience in a position related to customer service is always appreciated.
