We will hire a person for the position:

Recruitment specialist – employees for physical work, from Asia in Poland (English speaking only)

Your scope of duties:

• Systematic recruitment of people from Asia (English-speaking) - from the Philippines, Indonesia, India, etc. for company projects. Only physiacl workers. No specialist positions.
• Knowledge of how to use platforms to look for such workers (Facebook, Olx and other)
• Professional advice and support during recruitment
• Cooperation with a team of recruiters throughout the country and abroad
• Implementation of recruitment plans
• Taking care of the company's image
• Team work in building a development strategy in the field of services provided

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of how to use Facebook and other pages for recruitment purposes
• Advanced English
