Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the delivery of client overall KPIs/Sales targets but also including day to day service levels, customer experience, quality measures and compliance measures
• Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions
• Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
• Term relationships with corporate clients, creating value add for the client you manage
• To proactively maintain regular engagement with key client contacts in line with client expectations
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
• Work with senior stakeholders
• Ensure operational delivery in line with contractual agreements
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
• Provide inspired leadership for your team
• Reporting to Senior Operations Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing a projects in the BPO / SSC industry
• Mandatory: knowledge of English at a level that allows easy business communication
• Ability to analytical and logical thinking at a high level
• High presentation skills
• Positive attitude to changes, the ability to quickly adapt to changes
• Experience in managing a remote team is welcome
• High leadership skills
