For our Client European Border and Coast Guard Agency we are looking for:
Specialist in Deployment Management Division / Logistic Unit
Location: Warszawa
Reference Number: S/FRO/DMD/LOG/22
Key responsibilities of the position:
- planning, organization, and budgeting of complex travel itineraries
- encoding data in the Agency’s systems and databases
- creating and managing Excel and SharePoint databases, keeping them up to date
- supporting the reimbursement process for the SC officers in corporate systems
- checking correctness of the submitted documentation (invoices, bills, etc)
- preparing reports
- assisting in market researches for the contracting purposes
- assisting in the implementation of the relevant framework contacts
- assistance in administrative tasks
Requirements:
- successfully completed secondary education related to law, administrative or management
- good knowledge on Microsoft tools
- strong customer service experiences and understanding the demands
- patient and stress resilient
- good with handling extreme workload and time pressure,
- able to handle multiple requests coming over phone and email
- fluent in written and spoken English
- It would be an advantage if you have experience in working in :
- hotels, travel agencies, banks etc. on the front line of contact with difficult and demanding customers
