Customer Support Representative
Location: mazowieckie / Warszawa
Job description
We are looking for highly motivated and ambitious people who will join our friendly and professional Customer Support Team.
- Provide customer support via chat, e-mail (helpdesk)
- Assist with clients' requests and resolve issues
- Gather feedbacks and ensure customers' satisfaction
Requirements
- Ideally, you have 1-2 years of experience in the Customer Support field.
- High level of written English is a must (Upper Intermediate or higher)
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer user skills
- Quick-learner and able to multitask
- Experience in customer service will be a plus
- Experience working with native English speakers is a plus
- Knowledge of any helpdesk systems is a huge plus (Freshdesk, Zendesk)
We offer
- 500 - 600 USD monthly salary depending on experience
- Work with an international stable company
- Work remote anywhere in Poland

- Full time 9am - 6pm local time
