Location: Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki

What you will enjoy doing

Supporting the execution of HR projects in the plants and guaranteeing their sustainability
Implementing HR policies in alignment with global and regional policies and ensuring their actual execution across the country together with the HR Business Partners
Driving the standardization of HR processes in the country forward
Triggering alignment and proper delivery of HR services within the country
Collecting data from the different plants for the monthly reporting and providing support during the budgeting period
Ensuring communication and coordination between the plants
Supporting the implementation of the personnel marketing strategy and the associated measures on country-level

What makes you great

Higher commercial education with a focus on human resources
2-3 years of relevant work experience within a production company in an international environment
Knowledge of labor law is an advantage
Ability to handle multi-task environment with excellent organizational skills and basic project management knowledge
Travel willingness (within the country)
