Logistics Support specialist (auto and railway logistics)

Location: Warszawa

 

Job description

  • Interaction with brokers, licensing authorities and customs
  • Support data management and maintaining databases of logistics information
  • Communication with or monitor service providers
  • Track product flow from origin to final delivery
  • Execution of supporting documentation
  • Interaction with freight forwarders and carriers

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in logistics, international economics and international relations
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Deep knowledge of Incoterms, the specifics of the region and the market of logistics service providers is required
  • Strong written communication & verbal communication skills
  • Multi-lingual is a plus - Fluent English and Polish; Ukrainian will be an added advantage Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required
