Office Manager

Location: Warszawa

 

Job description

  • Reporting, document management, interaction with the Ukrainian office Work in Navision (if necessary) / transfer of scans of documents to Ukraine for payment formation
  • Payment of utility costs
  • Completion of contracts by Inerco and organization of signing contracts
  • Documenting of applications, accompanying documentation for reflection in the account, check of conformity of tariffs of the contract
  • Control of mutual settlements with counterparties
  • Execution and maintenance of business agreements
  • Cash flow planning for logistics contracts
  • Accounts receivable control

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree
  • Experience with documentary support
  • Knowledge of Polish, English and Ukrainian
