The role

• Design, develop and implement IT solutions (systems, apps, data analytics models) that parallel Client’s business challenges in Anti Financial Crime area
• Work on Client projects together with other team members to develop solutions for complex issues in the AML/CTF/Sanctions area
• Optimize developed tools and implement adjustments according to stakeholders requirements
• Work on Client projects together with other team members to develop solutions for process improvements

Candidate’s profile

• Minimum 5 years of previous experience in Windows applications development using Java 8+
• Strong Object-Oriented design and development experience
• Experience developing web services - SpringBoot framework
• Familiarity with database technologies (e.g. Oracle)
• Knowledge of data structures (maps, collections, lists) their implementations, computing complexity of different operations and unique characteristics for various implementations
• Knowledge of building scalable services
• Knowledge of architecture systems based on micro-services
• Understanding mechanisms of synchronous data exchange via HTTP protocol and knowledge of libraries e.g. Feign, RestTemplate in Java
• Experience with libraries allowing caching of data in the application e.g. Hazelcast
• Experience with testing libraries e.q. JUnit, Cucumber, Serenity
• Knowledge regarding JPA/Hibernate

• Good written and spoken English
