The basic activity of ISS in Poland is complex service of buildings. We provide cleaning and hygiene services, catering services, office support and technical service. We are present in office buildings, commercial complexes, industrial plants as well as in public utility buildings and health care.

Job description:
  • Providing assistance in organizing conferences and events
  • Registration of notifications and monitoring their status
  • Providing services for guests entering the office
  • Processing emails and receiving calls from employees
  • Assistance in translations outsourced by the client
  • Ensuring the circulation of documents in the office
  • Assistance in the current administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Very good command of English and Chinese
  • Familiarity with Chinese culture
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Knowledge of MS-Office system
  • Good command of Polish
  • High communication skills
  • Experience in administration work is welcome
  • Flexibility
