- Designing & prototyping various digital products & solutions
- Cooperating with The Data Team in order to convert insights into design solutions
- Cooperating with the Design Team as a support on UI level (UX Designer in Spacecamp will not be responsible for UI design, but has a strong opinion in this topic)
- Cooperation with The Development & QA Teams during and after product launch for constant optimisation
- Minimum 4 years of experience in UX Design field
- A portfolio that showcases work in prototyping & problem solving
- Good understanding of data
- Established knowledge of UX and ease of navigating among sources of UX knowledge
- Ability to identify and navigate through digital trends
- Highly developed presentation skills (English, for global clients)
- Proficiency in using Figma
- Experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) is a plus
- Curiosity, open mind, and self-motivation
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Multitasking skills
- Good English level (C1)
