Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Research dispute and compare data,
- Prepare reports and analyses,
- Process disputes in bulks,
- Work in tools SAP and internal tools,
- Mail contact with 3rd parties and attending operational calls,
- Resolving requests within agreed timeframes,
- Cooperation with other departments
What we expect from you:
- Advanced communication skills in English and German min. B2.
- MS Office and strong analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and oral communication customer facing skills.
- Goal orientated individual with strong time and task management.
- Organized and methodical person with logical approach in addressing issues skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to proactively analyze processes for better solutions and improvements.
