Paris Tobacco Company specializes in the production of tobacco products. Due to our intensive development in Poland and Europe, we are also expanding our team in WARSAW.

Currently we are looking for great talent to join us, for the position of:

Junior HR Manager
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Processing for all HR and payroll processes - keeping employee files, calculating salaries, settlements with the Social Insurance Institution, reporting by the Central Statistical Office
  • Data recording in the HR and payroll system
  • Supervising the correctness of records of working time
  • Conducting recruitment processes
  • Consulting in the field of labor law for both managers and employees
  • Preparation and settlement of civil law contracts
  • Preparation of reports and analyzes in the HR area
  • Office administrative support
  • Close cooperation with the accountants
REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least 5 years of experience in working in a similar position
  • Experience in leading a team of at least one or two HR/admin personnel
  • Strong in recruitment and payroll
  • Independent and high communication and organizational skills
  • Very good knowledge of issues related to Polish labor and social security law
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Practical knowledge of the ERP HR and payroll program
  • Communicative knowledge of the English language
  • Accuracy and commitment
