Traffic Specialist

Company: Brand New Galaxy
Location: Warszawa

 

Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:
  • Distribute assignments to design department, depending on their availability and priorities
  • Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of projects
  • Work with Business Unit and Heads of other Service Units to identify productivity improvements in workflows 
  • Meet with Business Unit to learn more about new project details and give progress updates on existing projects, communicating any issues
What you’ll need to succeed:
  • You have minimum 1+ year of experience as a Traffic or Project/Account executive in a digital agency or/and in international environment
  • You are fluent in English and Polish (both written and spoken)
  • You are experienced in working with Asana, Float, Jira, Teams and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
