Your responsibilities:
- Conducting the purchasing process according to the Current Purchasing Procedure
- Leading the purchasing negotiations
- Analyzing the market of materials and services suppliers
- Effective sourcing within assigned areas
- Creating a purchasing strategy within the assigned area
- Concluding framework, purchase and service agreements as part of identified needs
- Supporting the process of qualification of materials and services suppliers
- Effective cooperation with assigned areas to define purchasing needs
- Ensuring business continuity in assigned areas
- Assessing the purchasing processes and proposing optimization activities, including process improvement
- Making decisions within your area of expertise and taking responsibility for those decisions
- Ensuring the correct circulation of documents
- Timely implementation of entrusted tasks
If you have:
- Higher education
- Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing company (desirable pharma industry)
- Market knowledge of machinery/equipment/engineering services or closely related
- Industry regulations knowledge, including law regulations regarding commercial contracts
- Purchasing negotiations experience
- Strong focus on achieving business objectives
- MS Office proficiency
- Knowledge of English and Polish (C1 level minimum)
- Strong work ethic
- Communicativeness
- Analytical thinking
- SAP experience is desirable
