What will you do:

 

As a Warranty Claims Assessor you will be responsible for assessing and processing warranty claims according to defined procedures routines in line with service levels agreed with the client and to ensure that proper quality control checks are performed. The agent will be the first point of contact for thousands of customers and will handle dealer ticketing issue, documentation flow and Customer's escalation. Agent will also be responsible for preparing training's for dealers (25% activities per year) and executing additional warranty-related duties, either ongoing tasks, or one-time project assignments, as assigned.

  • Organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Good technical aptitude with an ability to learn quickly.
  • Polish - C1 level, English - B2 level 
  • Written and verbal communication skills; manages internal communications and external/client communications with assistance.
  • Knowledge of products like commercial vehicles Trucks and Buses and of agricultural/ construction equipment design, functionality, and application (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with warranty (nice to have).
  • Technical studies (nice to have).
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
  • Strong drive for results and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to deal with and react effectively to demanding SLA-driven environment without compromising quality or efficiency.
  • Professional and confidential demeanor to ensure that data is handled sensitively and confidentially
  • Strong attention to detail and a well-organized, structured approach to work and good communication skills.
