Senior Recruiter

Job Description

As a Senior Recruiter you will provide full recruiting services to the hiring managers including sourcing candidates, ongoing candidate interaction, interviewing and assessing candidates, completing online recruitment systems and ensure the compliance process and offer negotiation.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Provide recruiting support across multiple business lines, primarily for Customer Service and Back Office recruitment processes
  • Attract and recruit top talent by applying advanced sourcing best practices to support business teams
  • Conduct thorough telephone screenings of candidates
  • Schedule interviews/meetings
  • Prepare job descriptions in cooperation with Recruitment Team and Hiring Managers
  • Process individual document verifications
  • Seek opportunities to remove obstacles and implement complex and unique recruiting approaches
  • Support recruiting team in daily tasks
  • Work closely with the human resources department to maintain the candidate database and handle any relevant paperwork

 

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in agency or corporate recruiting
  • Demonstrated experience as Recruiter (Customer Service recruitment experience preferable)
  • Prioritization skills are required; the ability to be flexible should priorities change quickly
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional relational abilities
  • Critical thinking capacity and thoroughness
  • Fluent in English and Polish
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
