You will be responsible for:

• Supplier qualification including notifications from and service providers;
• Handling supplier complaints; maintaining the approved supplier list and supplier audit schedule ;
• Participation in external and internal audits, inspections, and agreements processes;
• QMS processes (Change Control, Risk Management, Documentation, and Training Management, CAPA, Deviations);
• Ensuring compliance with data integrity requirements;
• Creation, verification, and approval of documentation;
• Supporting the development of a culture within the organization;
• Implementation and improvement of the System;
• Participation in the implementation of the Inspection Readiness Program (GIF/FDA).

If you have:

• University degree (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or other related fields);
• 2 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry ( Control and/or of pharmaceutical products);
• Knowledge of Management Systems;
• Strong interpersonal and English language skills.
