• conducting a number of classes in the field of broadly understood finance, in accordance with the position and teaching load assigned to the position (210), including classes in Polish and English,
• conducting scientific research in the discipline of economics and finance and publishing scientific papers in a systematic manner,
• scientific cooperation with other employees of the Department aimed at publishing and obtaining external grants,
• supervising students' diploma theses,
• performing administrative tasks defined by the Head of the Department.

• doctoral degree in economics, finance or accounting,
• didactic experience in teaching finance at a higher level,
• teaching experience, including working with online students,
• experience in conducting classes in English is welcome,
• publishing experience, including publications in the field of economics or finance with an international reach,
• IF publications are welcomed,
• publications in peer-reviewed national and international scientific journals are welcome,
• precise publication plans in the discipline's journals,
• publication record, with publications in English, including articles, editing, or authorship of scientific monographs,
• clearly defined plans for submitting research grants,
• experience in obtaining external funding for research will be an advantage,
• business practice in areas related to the substantive direction of the Department is welcome,
• internships at foreign universities/foreign scholarships/lectures at foreign universities is welcome,
• knowledge of the English language at the B2 level, determined in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages,
• knowledge of English at C1 level is welcome,
• knowledge of English to conduct classes in English,
• knowledge of the Polish language at the C1 level,
• knowledge of the use of Office365 and Microsoft Teams,
• communicativeness and ability to work in a team,
• ability to present research and teaching interests,
• ability to work in intercultural teams,
• analytical and synthesis skills

• motivation and availability,
• availability to conduct classes on selected days of the week and on some weekends -
• in accordance with the schedule set by the didactics department,
