• conducting research in the scientific area agreed with the Head of the Department,
• full-time work for the position in the academic year,
• teaching in Polish and English, at the undergraduate and graduate levels,

For the Research Assistant position:

• master's degree,
• specific research interests, the desire for scientific development, obtaining a doctoral degree,
• documented teaching experience - conducting classes, trainings or courses,

For the Assistant Professor position:

• doctoral degree,
• specific research interests, publications in national and international scientific journals,
• documented experience in teaching at a university,

For both Research Assistant and Assistant Professor positions:

• a diploma in economics or management, with a specialization in marketing is welcome,
• an additional advantage will be the documented scientific achievements indicating the conduct of research at the international level,
• documented scientific achievements indicating research at the international level are welcome,
• an additional advantage will be work in research projects, grants financed from domestic and foreign sources / conducting research projects, grants financed from domestic and foreign funds,
• teaching achievements (textbooks, case studies, exercises, scripts) will be an additional advantage,
• functions held at universities (recommended),
• work in a company, consulting / popularization of research results (recommended),
• internships at foreign universities / scholarships abroad / giving lectures at foreign universities (recommended),
• knowledge of software tools supporting scientific research and didactic work,
• an additional advantage will be knowledge of issues/conducting courses/trainings/lectures in at least one field: Internet marketing, Marketing in social media, Web analytics,
• proven knowledge of the English language at the C1 level, determined in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages,
• knowledge of English at C2 level (recommended),
• willingness to conduct classes in English,
• knowledge of the Polish language at the C1 level, determined in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages,
• knowledge of a second foreign language (recommended),
• independent thinking, creativity, analyzing and drawing conclusions, respecting differences, teamwork, openness to cooperation, the ability to influence others, resistance to stress, communicativeness, good manners,
• knowledge of the use of Office365 and Microsoft Teams,
• motivation and availability,
• profiles on major social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Researchgate) or readiness to set them up,
• readiness to indicate KU as the first place of work.
