Reception Desk Specialist - Arabic Speaker

Your daily duties? Here is the list of the most important:
  • Being the first point of contact for new clients, looking for information, products and services (inbound line).
  • Talking, in a polite manner, to potential clients in order to assess their needs for Online Advertising and transfer them when necessary to the right department accordingly.
  • Giving clients basic information about products and services regarding Online Advertising.
  • Analyzing your results in terms of achieving the objectives set regularly.

  • Communicative English and fluent Arabic.
  • Strong communication skills; working with the clients and their needs.
  • Willingness to work in a fast paced environment with high volume and targets.
  • Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce or new technology would be an added advantage.
