What will you do?

 

Accenture partners with a global Asset Management company to create a new entity in Poland that will be integrated in partner's European structures. Accenture is looking for individuals to play a key role in a multi-cultural environment as members of a cross-border team for Performance and Reporting. As a member of this team, you will contribute to the transformation to build a more sustainable and efficient investment management.

 

As Performance Analyst in GIPS® team, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing customized performance reports in line with Global Investment Performance Standards
  • Understanding various performance reports and the method of reports production
  • Performing controls within required timelines as well as proposing new controls
  • Liaising with the team, internal and external stakeholders to meet all data requirements
  • Conducting reviews/quality checks on the produced investment performance reports
  • Resolving all issues impacting performance reporting quality and accuracy
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements in report productio
  • Conducting internal meetings and stakeholder calls
What do we expect?

 

Your profile

  • Degree level educated (numerate discipline highly desirable)
  • Between 1-3 years of experience within Asset Management
  • Industry qualification such as IMC, CIPM, CFA or planning to study towards
  • Prior experience in performance analysis/GIPS® would be preferred

Knowledge and skills

  • Good understanding of Asset Management, Investment Funds and Reporting
  • Knowledge of investment products and various instruments (listed and OTC)
  • Advanced Excel skills (formatting/power query editor)
  • VBA knowledge (expected advanced level to be reached on the job)

  • Good analytical and numerical skills

  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  • A team player with good communication and presentation skills
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to set priorities and manage deadlines
