Customer Service Specialist with Spanish

Job Description:
• Handling incoming phone calls / e-mails from customers
• Delivering professional and prompt service to the customers
• Basic automation troubleshooting
• Transaction hold review and processing.
Candidate’s profile:
• Very good English language skills, both verbal and written, together with one of followed languages: Arabic / French / German / Italian / Portuguese / Spanish
• Professional telephone manner
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Good MsOffice skills (Word, Excel)
• Flexible, well-motivated team player, ability to work under pressure
