Test Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Test Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is an open-minded and goal- oriented person who is ready to mentor test engineers and act as QA ambassador between the business and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing the test strategies and create the appropriate test harnesses
  • Oversee the development and execution of test plans and monitor and report the test progress
  • Educating and bringing the Agile Test Mindset to the development managers and their teams 

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in similar role in an Agile environment 
  • Familiar with TDD/BDD, test design techniques, the pyramid of testing, automated testing approach
  • Knowledge of Jira, HP ALM, GUI testing frameworks, Integration testing
  • Understanding of CI/CD
  • Fluent English  
  • Ability to read code or basic understanding of the code is nice to have
