To strengthen our Financial team, we’re looking to recruit a GL Accountant on a part time basis (20-30 hrs/week).
Here’s a little taste of your challenge:
- Completing month closing activities in line with month end schedule
- Balance sheet and P&L analysis as part of the month end process and detailed analysis provided in the monthly closing files to enable full and complete review by other teams
- Preparation and analysis of the payroll journal entries
- Intercompany accounting and reconciliation, incl. invoicing and interest calculation
- VAT and CIT reconciliation in co-operation with the Tax department
- Accounts reconciliations
- Support local reporting and audits
- Proven experience with GL
- Your Polish and English are advanced (written and verbal);
- You have experience of working with Excel and with a recognized ERP package – SAP strongly preferred
- You are experienced in working in an international company/shared service centre
- You have excellent analytical and communication skills;
- You are able to work in a structured way, team player, service oriented, flexible, pro-active
- You are holding a valid Polish working visa or EU citizenship
