About this opportunity 

Welcome to the Liquidity Management team. We add value by managing the liquidity for the group both in domestic as well as foreign currencies across the globe. We also manage all liquidity related ratios (both internal and external) and regulatory requirements . Short term funding is part of our liability management both for internal and external regulatory requirements. As CIM , you’ll play a valuable role in liaising the strategic initiatives crossing between the different Treasury units related to funding and liquidity and asset & liability management in general.  

What you’ll be doing:

• Being in a leading role for strategic initiatives in Treasury related to liquidity management
• Focusing in intraday liquidity management improvements
• Validating and forming a robust liquidity management platform

You’ll join a energetic and inspiring team building a state of art liquidity management setup across the Nordics. The role is based in Warsaw.

Your experience and background:  

• Significant professional track record of working with funding and liquidity relates matters within the financial sector
• Academic degree – either at Master or PhD level – preferably in finance, helpful if understanding of mathematics, statistics, economics
• Experience in risk management from the financial industry, for example from working in a first, second or third line of defence unit, or in a similar position at the regulatory authorities is an advantage
• Experience in working with credit risk data
• Knowledge of IRRBB is an advantage
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
