Welcome to the Capital control team. We add value by analysing the development of capital figures each period, producing regulatory reports and by working on automation projects.  . As Team Leader (Warsaw) you’ll play a valuable role in delivering on Nordea’s committents and obligations towards our regulators as well as improving the understanding of the capital position within the bank. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the team’s analysis on developments in capital for the Nordea Group
• Coach, inspire and motivate team members
• Improve the existing reporting setup through automation
• Contribute and execute on strategic initatives

Your experience and background:

• An academic degree in finance, mathematics, physics, statistics, engineering or similar. 
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Prior experience with Basel III/CRD IV and accounting knowledge (IFRS) preferred
• Solid analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Strong interest and desire to keep up-to-date with the changing regulatory landscape
• Ability to work well within a team as well as with other teams across the bank
