Controlling Manager
Miejsce pracy: Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki
Zakres obowiązków:
- Managing the Controlling Department and supervising colleagues in our 4 plants in Poland
- Supervising the month-/year-end closing process in close cooperation with the accounting department
- Coordinating/leading the budgeting process
- Supervising budget execution: costs monitoring controlling, reviewing cost variances,
- Responsibility for the forecasting process
- Driving the costs optimization processes and supporting the relevant departments in the implementation of related projects
- Preparing analyses, reports and business recommendations
- Analyzing customer profitability including close collaboration with sales department on activities linked to commercial excellence
- Ensuring the high quality of financial data by developing and implementing controlling procedures and tools necessary for the proper functioning of the department
- Presenting results to the Management Board and Regional structures
Wymagania:
- A minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role – experience at a manufacturing company will be an asset
- An academic degree in the field (finance, accounting, economics)
- Practical expertise in financial analysis and management accounting and an understanding of the basics of accounting
- Fluent English
- Fluent use of the MS Office suite, especially MS Excel
- Ability to think analytically and draw synthetic conclusions
- Staff management skills
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Self-motivation, initiative and proactive approach in action
- High communicative skills, commitment and accuracy
- B category driver’s license
