We are looking for you if:
  • You have minimum C1 english skills,
  • You have 6+ years of experience in IT or change project and / or program management within banking of financial services industry,
  • You have great senior stakeholder management skills and experience,
  • You are a great communicator and relator,
  • You know how to steer issue resolution and you propose creative solutions to solve them focusing on making progress within project,
  • You build bridges and relations to get things done within organization,
  • You have certification in one or more of the methodologies (Prince2, PMP, PMI, PSPO, PSM, other).
You'll get extra points for:
  • Experience in projects around data / modelling / data science solutions,
  • Content knowledge within Finance or Risk in Banking.
Information about squad:


Working for the development of business services "shared services" for the ING Group. Participation in building the strategy of a new unit. Support in maintaining high quality of implemented projects and provided services. Facilitation of business meetings. Development and maintenance of operational and design contracts in accordance with applicable procedures. Knowledge of the portfolio of initiatives and services, management reporting.
