As the company is constantly growing, we are looking for a talented PR & Comms Specialist. The aim of the role is to drive PR & Communication activities in Poland and building brand credibility in the local PL Market.

Key Duties:

• Building close relations with the local communities in the country,
• Close monitoring of Solar energy market in Poland and other SIG market countries,
• Coordinating Public Relations and marketing campaigns in Poland,
• Supporting digital communication team based in Lithuania,
• Reviewing, preparing, and implementing strategies and tactical plans,
• Supporting HR department in Employer Branding & Communication activities,
• Managing the work of external partners in Poland,
• Helping the global communication team with copywriting,
• Monitoring the marketing and communication budget for the Country.

Key Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a similar position,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Polish and English),
• Experience in working with communities (especially in Poland),
• Understanding of the renewable energy market,
• Project management skills,
• Goal-problem solving-oriented mindset.
