• You have 5 years of work experience related to KYC / AML Customer Due Diligence,
• You have established and proven team leadership skills, having been in a similar role for at least 2 years,
• You have experience in operations management, including capacity management, performance management, KPI’s, visual management, and continuous improvement,
• You expert skills in conducting effective due diligence investigations, including data analysis, research and documentation,
• You have developed understanding of the global financial system and banking as well as the regulatory environment and the impacts of non-compliance,
• You have ability to gain support for ideas and solutions relying on persuasion rather than authority in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives,
• You have ability to clearly and succinctly express ideas, facts and opinions. Is able to express them fluently both in speaking and writing, supported by appropriate tools,
• You have ability to establish plans to determine tasks, priorities, and timelines and identifying the resources needed to achieve goals.

• At least 6 months experience conducting Quality Check,
• Good knowledge of Dutch language (B2),
• Professional certification (CAMS, CFE, ICA or equivalent).
• Experience in CDD remediation and / or BAU projects in reputable financial institutions
