Job description

A customer advisor should provide a comprehensive and friendly service, assessing the client's needs and providing assistance. Associates in this position know how to welcome the customer, serve, advise and finalize each transaction. The customer advisor works with his store manager and other associates to provide comprehensive customer service. Each employee is responsible for providing a safe working and purchasing environment.

Customer satisfaction

It involves providing him with exceptional service that will create a positive shopping experience and affect the building of loyalty with the brand.

 

For the position of customer advisor, we are looking for a person who:

  • Shows a willingness to help customers.
  • Promotes customer loyalty using corporate tools such as a regular customer base
  • It will provide additional information and will do its best to satisfy the customer.
  • When a product is not available, it will always offer an alternative.
  • He professionally deals with complaints, passing them on to his superior.

Product knowledge

It is associated with a very good knowledge of the product, which translates into the quality of customer service. As a customer advisor, you will have knowledge of:

  • Knowledge of trends and fabrics (composition, terminology, clothing care, styles, etc.).

Thanks to this, you will be able to use the potential of the product to finalize the sale.

 

Increase sales

It is associated with a good knowledge of the business, which will ensure an increase in sales.

 

As a customer advisor, you will also be responsible for:

  • Giving the store manager feedback on what you are selling.
  • Regular building of the customer base
  • Customer service at the highest level

Maintains the safety and protection of property

This involves following all procedures and maintaining safety.

 

Working as a customer advisor, during your daily work:

  • Make sure the aisles are clear
  • Make sure your warehouse complies with standards
  • Take action if employees don't follow the rules
  • Follow all loss prevention procedures
  • Take action to reduce losses
  • Treat all colleagues and customers with respect

Requirements

  • Passion for working with people and sales.
  • Positive energy, ability to solve problems, interest in the world of fashion.
  • Ability to work in a team as well as individually.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possibility to work full-time during the week and at the weekend.
  • Available from September 2021.
