We are looking for you:
- you have 1-3 years of working experience as an MI/Reporting Specialist
- you have strong analytical skills
- you have good knowledge of MS Excel and VBA
- you have experience in building data reporting for stakeholders
- you have an efficiency and automation oriented mindset with a proven track record of designing tools and solutions for improvement of operations processes
- you have an ability to identify problems, analyzing key information and making connections, in order to find appropriate solutions
- you have an ability to provide support stakeholders to meet and understand their needs and expectations
- you complete tasks and achieve results in an efficient, timely and high-quality manner, with a focus on execution and delivery of targets and KPIs
You'll get extra points for:
- Knowledge of data visualization software (MS Power BI, Tableau or similar)
- Minimum 1 year of working experience with KYC (CDD, FATCA, CRS), Financial Economic Crime, Anti Money Laundering or Compliance
- Experience with MS SharePoint
- Knowledge of robotics and process automation software (Alteryx, Xceptor or similar)

ING Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) is looking for a Management Information Specialist to join our Financial Crime Compliance Team in Warsaw. This is an unique, though challenging opportunity for experienced professionals to join our team, which is part of the Corporate Compliance department (based in Amsterdam). We are building a brand new Compliance Centre of Excellence in Warsaw which will help us in further implementation of our modern Compliance strategy. Creation of agile capabilities at this new Compliance Centre of Excellence will support ING in performing various knowledge based activities in the 2nd line of defense.

Scope of duties
50%- Building data reports and dashboardspresenting performance, progress and othermetrics of Quality Assurance Compliance Team
35%- Identifying, designing and implementingprocess improvement solutions, tools andautomations.
15%- Collaboration with other Compliance Centres ofExcellence locations and partners in order tocreate a global unified standard of reportingand performance measurement.
