We are looking for you if:
  • You have experience with delivery & support Workday Recruiting module,
  • You have experience with providing functional oversight and gathering business requirements,
  • You have experience with establishing a well-controlled systems environment by defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards,
  • You have experience with providing end-user support,
  • You have experience with ensuring compliance with technical best practices, standards and policies,
  • You have full professional fluency in English (written and spoken),
  • You have excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively,
  • You have ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution,
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with HR and IT clients.
You'll get extra points for:
  • Workday Service Partner Certification or Customer certification in Recruiting/2+ years of experience in Recruiting module,
  • Cross Functional Knowledge with other modules of Workday,
  • HR functional experience.

Scope of duties

40%- Design and maintain Recruiting module configuration.
30%- Perform Workday administrative functions relating to Recruiting module.
20%- Create test plans, conduct testing, andprovide post implementation support.
10%- Manage the Production and other environments
