KECH Development is a long established real estate development & appraisal company. We are seeking a Real Estate Analyst with strong analytical skills and someone who is interested in a career in the real estate industry and equity investment sector. This is a full time position. This is a great resume building position for the right candidate and can possibly lead to a Full Analyst position.

Responsibilities will include-but are not limited to writing commercial and residential appraisals, focusing on our new development project, marketing and advertising for the company, sending out mailings, update database and appraisal approval list with client banks, research of neighborhoods and cities, and ad-hoc research. In addition, the Analyst will conduct market surveys for forecasting purposes, develop new market opportunities for the firm, and assistant the principal in day to day operations.

Open to all full time candidates and weight given to those candidates with the real estate industry experience.

Ideal candidate must be highly organized, accurate, detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and continue to add happiness to our office. It is essential that candidate is flexible, a team player and can take initiative.

• The candidate must be FLUENT in English in both oral and written.  
• The candidate must have a university degree.  
• The candidate must be able to travel for work.

• Yearly salary is 60,000 PLN + a Year End Bonus of 20,000 PLN.*
• *Our current employees who have worked for our company for more than 2 years are earning over 120,000PLN per year.
