In-house Recruiter

Your daily duties? Here is the list of the most important:
  • Attracting candidates with the use of various sourcing methods
  • Managing the recruitment processes for various positions (from CV sourcing to offer management)
  • Guiding the candidates through all stages of the recruitment process
  • Building candidate's pipeline according to the recruitment needs
  • Paying attention for the high quality of recruitment and building a positive candidate experience
  • Ongoing support and recommendation of candidates for managers of individual teams
  • Preparation of reports, summaries and presentations regarding the ongoing processes
  • Participating in the onboarding process of new joiners
  • Supporting activities in the area of Employer Branding
Our requirements:
  • Experience in in-house recruitment or recruitment agency
  • Fluency in English and Polish (daily communication in the company and with candidates)
  • Fluency in Russian will be an asset
  • Focus on achieving set goals
  • Knowledge of the HR industry: new trends, tools
  • Experience in an international work environment is will be a strong asset
