Logistics Specialist

Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

Tasks:

Managing and monitoring the data between CRM and ERP system in order to maintenance the same information
Managing the direct deliveries to customers
Purchasing Machines, tables from inter-company and other Suppliers dedicated for direct deliveries to customer
Following shipments of purchased goods (B/L date obtaining of direct deliveries to customers)
Preparing the necessary documentation for direct deliveries to customers
Keeping the daily contact with the sales department and customers
Keeping the communication with forwarders and customers
Monitoring and checking Computer data maintenance for Purchase Order (P/O) alteration for purchases and warehouse data for receiving goods
Calculating transportation costs in communication with forwarders
Arranging the AIR /sea freight deliveries to customers (communication with forwarders)
Managing the serial numbers of machines from direct deliveries
Managing the shipments on Trial purpose
Processing the shipments on Trial purpose from local/ external warehouses
Monitoring the status of trial machines in communication with sales department/ tech
department/ warehouse manager until final return and warehousing
Assisting the physical inventory of Trial warehouses
Preparing the monthly report with the status of machines on Trial
Managing the full process of arranging deliveries of machines for exhibitions

Requirements:

Mid level education or equal, completed with experience in Logistic activities
Fluent in the English language
Experience with computer systems and the PC and Outlook, Excel, Word. The ERP system SBO experience is a plus
Incoterms 2020 knowledge.
Accurate, social and a team-player
Service oriented but strict in following procedures
Minimum 1~2 years of experience in comparable job
