We are looking for you if:
  • You have minimum of 6 years of demonstrable experience in the area of training delivery as a trainer practitioner,
  • You have demonstrable success in training in business – related areas (business processes – i.e. financial processes, technical processes etc.),
  • You have the ability to translate complex information into simple/understandable learning delivery,
  • You have a degree in related field or any specific training diploma / certificates,
  • You have a demonstrable experience in knowledge sharing and mentoring / coaching,
  • You have the ability to relate to staff at all levels,
  • You can coordinate the goals ,of the teams, departments and activities,
  • You are able to create the culture that embraces high quality training delivery customer service across the organization.
You'll get extra points for:
  • Experience in training in AML area,
  • Exposure to multi-cultural learning environments.
Information about squad:

As a Global KYC Academy Trainer you are responsible for the training of TM Alert Investigator/CDD Analyst teams for the benefit of the TM/CDD operations businesses in all lines of defense. Through the execution of global KYC strategy, you will train the TM Alert Investigator/CDD Analyst community to become competent members of the operational team, who are capable and qualified to undertake their role. Your role is to lead the formal training delivery in partnership with SME’s, practitioners, team leads in order to deliver the learning path, enable TM/CDD teams to enhance knowledge and develop skills in the fight against financial crime. You will be part of the Global KYC Academy.

Scope of duties
70%- Deliver instructor led training (ILT and VILT)on KYC topics on behalf of the KYC AcademyPillars e.g. CDD/TM/Screening
20%- Support the preparation and continuousimprovement of Global KYC Academy trainingmaterials – SME knowledge content, lessonplans, videos, and presentations

5%- Provide feedback and compile reporting on allareas of training delivery
