Responsibilites:
- Serve as the general owner for local service assurance and employee service interfaces.
- First point of contact in case of international and local employees needs such as: travel, housing subsidy service, epidemic prevention material management, and health assurance.
- Provide excellent assistance for different level employees, both online and offline, based on given priorities.
- Responsible for introducing lean solutions for commuting, catering, health, and cultural activities to achieve operational excellence.
- Cooperate with company suppliers, identify business risks within described scope, follow and implement established incentive mechanisms, and drive performance improvement.
- Create procedures and assure procedures compliance inside company.
- Managing databases and creating reports within given deadlines.
- From time to time may be expected to be part of special projects reasonably required of described job role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in public administration, management, information communication, etc. is preferred.
- Experience in travel support or/and assistant position might be a plus.
- Strong customer insight, business planning, requirement management, solution management, and supplier management capabilities.
- Flexibility, active thinking, good interpersonal skills, multitasking.
- Languages: Chinese is a must, English or Polish as second language.
