Business Analyst in Data Management area (Credit Risk) [rekrutacja online]

We are looking for you if:
  • You have the ability to collect, analyze and document business requirements,
  • You have project experience in building IT solutions in the area of data collection, integration and transformation,
  • You have bachelor/master degree in the area of IT, economy or finance,
  • You speak and write in English at the level of B2/C1,
  • You have focus on looking for new solutions in team work and based on facts you can argue your ideas and present the consequences of implementing them,
  • Taking responsibilities for tasks and supporting the team to take responsibility give you satisfaction in your work,
  • You can easily present the result of your work and adjust the communication style to the stakeholders needs.
You'll get extra points for:
  • Experience in financial institutions especially in Credit Risk Area,
  • SAS tools knowledge and experience in 4GL programming,
  • Knowledge about Agile/Scrum,
  • The ability to transfer the knowledge and conduct the trainings.
Information about squad:
 
The responsibility of the team is to deliver high quality data for building, monitoring and validation of the credit risk models. This includes designing data model based on the requirements from teams maintaining the models, data integration and data flow design and implementation, reporting and assuring data quality. You will be responsible for requirements analysis, data solution design and test process support.
