Back office assistant
Location: mazowieckie / Warszawa
Job description
- administrative support of business director and team of managers
- running of daily office operations
- evidence and preparation of documentation for public tenders
- evidence of contracts, documents
- processing of contracts within IT system
- communication with customers and suppliers (Poland + abroad)
- creating of reports and summaries on demand
Requirements
- Polish as mother tongue
- English written/spoken on very good level (personal interview to be held in English)
- experience with public tenders as advantage
- great communication and organizational skills
- basic economy knowledge
- independence, carefulness, reliability, purposefulness
- user knowledge of MS Office
