We are a fintech start-up that offers invoice management and purchasing to logistics companies throughout Europe. Our services include invoice generation, receivables management and financial support. We are expanding quickly and looking for a (Junior) Sales Account Manager to join our sales team in Warsaw.

Job description
WAITING FOR YOU:
- Working in a small team that is part of an international company with offices in multiple countries
- Commitment to increasing the scale of business of a rapidly growing fintech company
- Sales efforts and taking care of customer onboarding and after-sales relations
- English is the company language
- Well-located office in Warsaw
- A few weeks of training in our other European office
Requirements
- Positive attitude towards ambitious goals and tasks
- Goal oriented and driven by success
- Experience in logistics/transportation industry (will be an asset)
- Fluency in English (other languages are an asset)
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in sales and market development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous work experience as an (Junior) Account/ Sales Manager, or relevant role and proven B2B and/or B2C experience
- Ability to manage a telephone / online conversation without scripts or imposed schemes.
- Negotiation and decision making/problem solving skills
- Good computer skills, Google, Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
